Dinner, decided

Seven dinners on one page, and a list that follows the shop.

Say what each child won’t eat. PickyPlate takes the week from 20 family dinners, drops every one that breaks a rule, adds the shopping up in the order you walk the aisles and prints the whole week on one sheet for the fridge door. Free to plan, no signup.

Your week

Seven dinners, decided before six o’clock.

PickyPlate reads the rules you set for each child, picks seven dinners from the 20 built-in family dinners that keep every one of them, and lays the shopping out in the order you walk the shop. Print the week once and the fridge door has the answer.

Who’s at the table

Set the household once. Every week after it comes back already inside the rules.

Keep the week

The week goes into this browser with its rules and its list, so it is here the next time you sit down to plan.

Nothing kept yet. Keep this week and it waits here — seven dinners, the rules behind them, and the shopping in aisle order.

The rules, in a parent’s words

Say it once, the way you say it at the table.

10 rules cover most of it. A rule takes every dinner that carries it off the week, so the sheet never asks a child to eat something they have already refused — and the shopping is rebuilt for exactly the seven dinners that are left.
